So why should you listen to me?

I’m not special. I’m just like you.

Just like you, I wasn’t taught anything about training or health during school or from playing sport growing up. And it wasn’t until I experienced physical pain and health issues in my adult life that I sought out the simple truths of training and nutrition that helped me to turn it all around and get me to where I am today.

For me, it wasn’t about being huge or shredded. It was about a strong, capable pain free body I could be proud of.

Even in the early days of being personal trainer I didn't know anything about how to train, eat and live to actually feel good 24/7. I was just going through the motions hoping that it would get better.

And so the cycle continued, until one day i saw an amazing video on instagram from an absolute weapon name Dylan Werner.

From a standing position he folded forward, floated his legs up into a handstand, did a handstand push-up, floated his feet back down and landed in the splits.
This blew me away! Whilst standing in a gym filled with big dudes lifting massive amounts of heavy metal, it seemed so pointless if you couldn’t use that strength to do something as impressive as what i just saw.

I needed to learn this - so I began my journey researching and learning from some of the best teachers in the world with Yoga, Handstands, Calisthencis which lead to learning meditation, gut health nutrition and other lifestyle and recovery techniques.

The lessons i learned over the 10 years of studying from the best has built me a strong, capable, energetic pain free body that acts as pillar of support for myself and my family.
Luckily for you to create this body and life for yourself is MUCH simple than you think. The systems and principles I learned about Health and training are age old and universal.

Do you have free tips for beginners?

Absolutely. I have a free handstand workout that you can access when you subscribe to the newsletter below. The 1-1 program is completely tailored, so it can easily be designed to suit you regardless if you're a pro or total beginner!

What is bodyweight training/ calisthenics?

Bodyweight training (or calisthenics) is a style of training where most of the exercises are done entirely with your bodyweight and without equipment. Although having a set of rings can be a great addition.

I'm not in Australia, can I still do your program?

You sure can. All you need is space to hang some rings and you can do the program anywhere in the world.

Do I need a gym membership?

No, but it's totally up to you. The program is tailored specifically to you and your training space, so if you use a gym you'll have access to more exercises if the exercises align with your goals.

Why do you prefer bodyweight training over weights training?

+

Bodyweight training focuses on learning skills, which are fun, challenging and take years to learn but can be broken down into very achievable steps. This helps maintain consistent workouts as there is a clear, inspiring path to follow.
